ENTJs are strategic, organized and possess natural leadership qualities. They are master coordinators that can effectively give direction to groups. They are able to understand complicated organizational situations and quick to develop intelligent solutions. ENTJs are outspoken and will not hesitate to speak of their plans for improvement. They are decisive and value knowledge, efficiency and competence.
Personally I think the results of the personality test are fairly accurate. What might pull my extrovert factor down is the fact I enjoy my own company and I'm not too fussed with socialising on a regular basis or being the centre of attention. My intuition is high because I find the here and now boring and look forward to future possibilities and letting my imagination run wild. My overall perception is quite high however this test was subject to my own opinions other people perceive things in different ways and convey different ideas to draw up separate conclusions.
People are more likely to get along if they share similar personality traits. looking at the personality tests of the group we are all shown to be extroverts and we all work well together.
